If pools make you feel self conscious then you may want to consider investing in your own private pool so that you can swim without feeling self conscious in front of other people.

Diet is also important. Research suggests that five portions of fruit and vegetables are important for health. Cutting down on carbohydrates and fat is also important in maintaining a healthy diet. Even doing something as simple as having one less sugar in your coffee or not putting butter on your toast can make a difference and the more of these differences in your diet the more beneficial it will be for your long term health.
